Really nothing. They help you learn the program and once you get going it is relatively easy. Any questions, they are very accessible. I am not super computer literate and they just patiently help me along.

Return on Investment

We do not have client contact usually after work is done so it is a nice reminder that we are out there.
Our ROI is about 8%.

Alternatives Considered

In the past I researched Constant Contact and not only were they more expensive but gave little support for setting up your email.

Likelihood to Recommend

We are a small company and their pricing is affordable for us. We are very pleased and can't think of a scenario where it would be less appropriate.
