Overall Satisfaction with OutboundEngine

We use it for sending out generic newsletters by email. It is only being used by the marketing department. The use is for keeping our clients informed. One major problem with this service is if another company has your contact on their list you cannot email them. Out of over 600 contacts, we could only email less than 200.
  • The emails look okay.
  • The customer service is terrible.
  • Minimal, I have never received an order as a result of their emails.
The support from OutboundEngine has been the worst I've received from any company in a long time.

Don't use these guys. They have made it a nightmare to cancel my account. They are holding me hostage, you cannot cancel on the phone and I've sent countless emails trying to get it cancelled. They are not responsive. I wish I never signed up with them. The tactics they are using do not reflect a good customer experience.
