Overall Satisfaction with Trakstar
Trakstar is used throughout the company. It is used for regular performance reviews. We were able to customize our ratings to fit our culture. You can review and be reviewed by multiple people both in and out of your department regardless of supervisor status. You are also able to set goals.
- Customizable ratings let you design what you want to assess
- You have the option to add comments to each question and/or as a summary at the end
- You can review and be reviewed by multiple people both in and out of your department
- You can add goals but it's difficult to track them over time
- I'd like to be able to see a report that shows progress over time
