Overall Satisfaction with Verint Community (Telligent Community)

Verint Community is being used to host our online community for educator users. This program is available for all of our users and internal staff to communicate and collaborate. This online community is solving user engagement and opens a new channel for communication.

  • Flexible admin management.
  • Reporting and member analytics.
  • Improved notification systems to members.
  • Search and filtering.
  • Permissions and roles are complicated.
  • Strengthens user engagement.
  • Increased awareness of premium product features.
  • Collaboration with customer success management.
We also reviewed Higher Logic and Community Cloud. Higher Logic was not able to be customized to meet our needs and felt outdated. Community Cloud required a lot of custom design and development that was very costly.
So far so good. We also worked with Social Edge Consulting to enable our Verint Community and would highly recommend their services.
