Overall Satisfaction with PhoneBurner

We use PhoneBurner in an IT capacity to troubleshoot various telephone calling issues with our phone system. We can create various throw-away numbers to try out in our phone system and use PhoneBurner to reflect these numbers. It is not deployed across the entire organization, we use it as a tool to configure and troubleshoot various other systems.

  • Could be a little better on the pricing.
  • Could offer a better central administrative function.
  • Could provide more updates to the app.
  • Time recovery.
  • Productivity Increase.
  • Problem Solving.
PhoneBurner is better due to the features of the application and the interface execution. It is a far superior product for troubleshooting issues and retaining numbers for usage. Text Free is okay but PhoneBurner is better.
Good technical support if needed.
Very good interface and many features. The ability to have a login for application usage is big.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Cisco Webex Meetings, Cisco Meraki MX
Good for troubleshooting. Not so great for production calling. The tool is well suited for helping to troubleshoot other systems but I would not use it in everyday usage just for general calling. It easily masks your caller ID so that is helpful when looking to try to do that.
