Overall Satisfaction with Echobox
As a publisher, Echobox is used to push out content through Facebook and Twitter. We use it across several city publications. I work for Time Out London in the branded content team which means that I post sponsored organic posts on the London channels. It addresses the problem of having a large amount of content – some of it being breaking news and some evergreen content which Echobox is able to push out several times according to optimum timings.
- The ability to re-post evergreen content at optimum times
- Scheduling content
- Accessing analytics clearly and easily
- Preview mode of drafts for Facebook and Instagram posts don't look exactly as they do on-feed. In particular, the 'paid partnership' handshake tool doesn't show up with the client in preview form, which is what we need to show clients who have sponsored the post.
- I am not across ROI in regards to Echobox. However I would say that it saves our engagement team a lot of time.
