Overall Satisfaction with Twilio SendGrid Marketing Campaigns

I tried to send out an email campaign.
  • nothing
  • nothing
  • nothing
  • Emails are automatically center-aligned, unchangeable
  • Emails go to "promotions folder". Even after you are upsold to high-tier dedicated IP
  • Customer service is glacially slow. It's been a month and my concerns are still not resolved.
  • They crippled my launch.

Troublesome product, terrible/nonexistent customer service
ONE MONTH I have been waiting and my concerns are not answered. I am a high-tier customer. I am charged $85/mo. for the privelege of waiting for a response.
Absolutely execrable customer service. It was also dishonest of them to represent to me that my (expensive) upgraded account would solve the spam-filter problem.
