Overall Satisfaction with Bitrix24
We were seeking a sales and marketing CRM that wasn't priced as seat based.
- Bitrix24 did not do anything well.
- User interface, drip campaigns, customization, CRM capabilities
- Email integration, email signatures, social integration, lead forms
- Setup, support, refund policy. All of these things are poor.
- All of it is customized, so you have to hire consultants. Even with that, nothing was easy or simple.
- It wasted 3 months of our time trying to make it work.
- Our sales team had to manually manage all of their leads.
- We spent money to customize and it was still unusable and unintuitive.
We went with Bitrix because it avoided the per seat cost of large sales teams. We discovered you get what you pay for. We wasted $800 given their no refund policy, but more importantly lost 3 months of quality sales management.
