Overall Satisfaction with BigTime Software
We started using BigTime Software to better track staff time against projects and keep track of WIP. The program is easy to use and the chat support is quick to respond most of the time and able to help, especially in a pinch.

Using BigTime Software
10 - timesheets mostly, admin staff populate the rest of the data such as creating new jobs, activity codes, expenses, reports, invoices etc.
1 - As the main use, administration full access, I would be the one to address any BT issues. My admin staff assist as well.

Evaluating BigTime Software and Competitors
Yes - Quickbooks desktop
We replaced it b/c we need to report/track retainers and wanted to also track WIP. We also did not use QB timesheet feature so we
were lacking the ability of editable activity codes and lumping scopes together to match our client contracts. BT has helped with all of this.

AT times the client contracts can be very involved and we needed a product that would allow us to create and alter the activity codes as we go, etc. BT helped with this as well as timesheets and WIP reporting. We also needed a product to merge with QBO and BT offers all of these features.
A significant amount of time and research was put into this decision and we are happy with the product.

Yes - yes a few times and I must say that the most effective bugs have been resolved in a timely manner
YES, a few times. When we implemented the software we asked for help with personalizing the invoice templates. Although BT does not have a supported group for this, the trainer at the time was able to help us a little bit. From there I was able to edit and make changes as I go. This was helpful to me and I am grateful for that help.
Other times, they have escalated calls if the first agent was not able to assist in our questions. Most of the help was needed when we were still learning the product and how to use. Rarely do we reach out now, unless we notice a bug or if we want to ask of a way to fix something or ask for new features to be considered.
