We use SoGoSurvey for our market validation research, UX/ UI testing,
and customer feedback. It enables us to create, distribute and analyze
our data quickly and simply as opposed to having to do this manually.

We've used SurveyGizmo and SurveyMonkey in the past. In terms of functionality, they all do the trick. But, in terms of pricing and customer service, there is no comparison. SoGoSurvey has far exceeded our expectations. As a pre-revenue startup they really went above and beyond to find a package that worked for us, assisted us in setting up our account, and helped us design our first survey (walked us through some of the trickier things like skip logic). Getting a hold of someone is easy, and I never feel rushed.
