Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Campaign

Being a part of the marketing and sales department, it's a very hectic task to keep track of follow-up with my suspects and prospects. On a frequent basis I have to send customized mails, SMS and other promotional offers to various accounts. This has been simplified with the use of Adobe Campaign which is a very good tool for marketing to send emails and other promotional material to multiple users.

Adobe is far ahead of what I used previously. Adobe has all the details of the customer which is required to increase the sales of the company and the customer also gets relevant information.
Mailchimp is just an email tool where we can send mails to multiple users.

All in one solution to get suspects insights, maintenance of customer data and sending relevant information to the customer throughout the customer lifecycle. Increased ROI as customer are more satisfied and happy. Impressions left is very good. can send information which is tailored made to different customers at a go. The entire process is automatic.
Support is excellent throughout the product lifecycle. We get regular updates and any issue can be addressed via sending mail or calling a toll-free customer support number which is available 24*7 days. While implementing the team was very helpful. They taught us how to operate the software and maintain it.
It is very well suited for entire lifecycle of customer starting from gaining customer behaviour to convert then into customer and after purchase communicating with them regarding future launches or any other promotional activities. It helps in providing a 360-degree view of the customer starting from the prospect phase to the customer phase. It helps in providing relevant information to customers rather than providing irrelevant ones.
