Overall Satisfaction with 15Five
As a new nonprofit, KCI is using 15Five to engage with employees and allow us to embrace 21st-century practices around employee engagement. Traditional systems have called for an annual or semi-annual employee review cycle, and 15Five provides a way for staff to feel plugged in daily.
- The Pulse Check feature is both easy to use and allows staff and management to gauge how team health is.
- The metric and key performance tools are very well designed.
- Automated reminders and reporting are great features.
- I find the customer services to be best in class.
- If 15five did have an HRIS integration feature or service, this would be valuable.
- Although we are a new org, staff have embraced the tool! I have also used the tool since 2012 while I was at Red Cross and have seen marked improvements in employee engagement as a result.
- The tool pays for itself as managers are able to better engage in employee feedback best practices, as well as reduce turnover.
15Five is much more intuitive and user friendly.
