Overall Satisfaction with Cloud 9 Software

We use it for our business practice management software. Our whole office of 9 employees use it! We use it for billing, charting, and all images for our patients. I love that it is cloud-based so that you can literally access it anywhere that has internet access. Customer service is also top-notch.

  • We could access everything from home during Covid shutdowns since it’s cloud based.

Cloud 9 is a million times better than OrthoTrac. The number one being that it is soooo much faster! Cloud-based so you can use it anywhere. During the Covid shutdown, we wouldn’t have been able to see any patient information if we would still have our old system unless somebody was physically in the office so this has made the hard times a little easier from a business standpoint.

Well suited for dental and orthodontic cooperations/offices. I would say it’s not appropriate or well suited for other business types since there are no programs made for them. It has specific tooth charts for all different tastes, depending on which system you like to use. Again, the fact that it is cloud based makes it so easy to access and use!
