Overall Satisfaction with Agile CRM
We are using Agile CRM to replace our old computer program. We are using it across the whole company. We are now able to see documents and due dates across all departments and in all of the company's manufacturing facilities. This addresses communication errors and gaps that existed in our previous systems.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (formerly Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
I have used Microsoft 365 and older DOS-based programs, both of which have clunky interfaces, are not very user friendly, and are very hard to customize for information. For example, to have a searchable function in 365, we had to add a window and put our search words in the notes. Agile CRM has this functionality built in and can search for anything in the database.
