Overall Satisfaction with CallHippo
The company promised us a working virtual number and did not deliver and asked for random documents they did not ask for before.
They also charged my credit card for the full year even though we enrolled for a monthly trial. They are saying it was because we used their coupon that worked for their monthly payment. It was a misunderstanding on our side and the result is a full-year charge.
I will be pressing charges in India, the EU, and the USA. Remember, whenever you are not pressing charges for scams and overcharges like this - you are encouraging the company to hurt other people.

- No refunds if you are unhappy.
- Very suspicious modes of operating.
- We lost a lot of money by using them.
- We had internal issues due to the hidden fees charged by them.
- We lost a lot of time when finding a lawyer in India to charge them.
In truth - we did not look into other alternatives as we were lazy. We thought we'd give it a try for a month for a small fee. Little did we know they would set us up to lose 18x the monthly amount.

The only skill required is not picking them for what it's worth. The rest is unnecessary information as they are a company that underdelivers and overcharges.
- We wanted to have a virtual number that would catch incoming calls but they weren't able to provide it.
- We are learning to leave negative reviews on sites like TrustRadius. We are hiring interns to scour the internet for review sites to try to put a stop for these scam artists.

We purchased a lot of things and most of them were done by misleading us. I'm sure at the price point we paid (300+USD for one month) we are eligible for premium support.
Yes it was exceptional in the manner that they were able to prove themselves right even though it was far from it being the case. The compelling evidence they brought in the form of screenshots worked to clear their conscience.
