Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot Marketing Hub

HubSpot Marketing Hub is typically only used by our Marketing & Communications department, but some other employees from separate departments and divisions also make use of it, particularly the lists tool. It addresses the business problems of managing contact and company information in a clean, accurate, and accessible way while also connecting said data to marketing emails.
  • The overall user interface is great, very easy to learn and navigate.
  • The email builder is pretty intuitive, and even the default templates look nice.
  • Like anything with HubSpot, it gets updates pretty frequently to enhance the features and experience.
  • The forms feature doesn't really have a good "preview", and instead just gives you the real link. Sadly this means test submissions result in real data that needs to be cleaned up later.
  • It had positively affected our marketing outreach in terms of email communications.
  • It has had a positive effect on our lead-collecting process relating to our various web forms.
  • It has had a positive effect on our marketing staff, making data and analytics relating to email campaigns and forms more accessible.
Dynamics 365 is definitely harder to use and navigate, much less intuitive than HubSpot Marketing Hub. Constant Contact is fine for what it does, marketing email communications, but is much more limited in scope compared to a full Customer Relationship Management platform like Dynamics 365 or especially HubSpot Marketing Hub.

Do you think HubSpot Marketing Hub delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with HubSpot Marketing Hub's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot Marketing Hub live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of HubSpot Marketing Hub go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy HubSpot Marketing Hub again?

Yes

One of the best aspects of HubSpot is the sheer usability, a plethora of different tools teams can make use of, while also being very easy to learn to use. The user interface is very good and has generally improved with each major UX update. It's much better than other products I've used in the past.
I have made use of HubSpot Marketing Hub's customer support before, and it generally had been a positive experience. One can often make use of the knowledge base in order to learn how to solve a problem, if not one can instant message, call, or email them for assistance. They are quite quick to reply.
HubSpot Marketing Hub is best suited for companies that have a lot of contact and company data, and want to make use of that in terms of email communications, and connecting said contact data to activity on form submissions, blog webpages, etc. It may be less appropriate if the company is on the smaller side, and doesn't necessarily make use of blogs, web forms, and the like.
