Overall Satisfaction with Stripe

Stripe helps us collect customer payment automatically. My entire company uses Stripe, and it helps us easy track invoicing, subscriptions, refunds, disputes and more. Stripe easily integrates with our platform, so we are able to set up automatic payments whenever a new customer signs with us or adds new users.

  • Helps manage refunds and disputes
  • UI isn't the most intuitive
  • Had to be linked to our software by engineers
  • Support articles are a little dense
Intercom, Slack, ChurnZero
If you have a small to medium sized business Stripe is most likely the perfect solution for you. It will automate almost all of your billing, freeing up your time to be used elsewhere. If you have a large business I would recommend getting in touch with the Stripe customer support team first to ensure it will be a good fit for you.
