Overall Satisfaction with Action1 Cloud Remote Monitoring and Management Solution
We use Action1 for Patch Management and Remote Access. The Remote Access has been very helpful during the past year, allowing me to frequently solve problems remote workers have had with their laptops and software without requiring them to come into the office.
- Remote Access to solve PC problems experienced by remote workers
- Schedule and apply patches to PC's
- Some expansion on Patch Management ability is needed to include Feature Updates
- Action1 has helped us assist remote workers
