Prophix is available across the whole organization and is currently set up for real time reporting of actual results vs budget ... the Prophix platform is web based and is accessed via the internet ... financial results are now more available and more timely for the decision makers and their direct reports.

- The web based platform is readily accessible
- Would like to see more Cloud 365 abilities
- Prophix online learning should be more available to all the users with subscription
- Prophix could have more interactive choices within the reporting platform ... a distributed dynamic "read only" type report for Decision Makers with multiple responsibilities ... a PDF type report with drop down choices that auto upload the read only report.

Excel is the preferred, however, not everyone has a historical background in the Excel abilities ... for the non financial manager ... a very simple way to access information in the current. Instead of Excel templates (decentralized info sharing) the more stable and scheduled Prophix templates creates better communications in the scheduling and the tracking and tracing of timeliness. A well documented process that is centralized and easily observable by the decision makers.
