Overall Satisfaction with Zapier
Zapier is used by our whole organization. It is used internally and it is also used by our partners to connect and extend functionality of our remote workforce platform.
- Extending Salesforce functionality
- Tying together several programs to create Shortcuts
- Allows us to import things from different sources and analyze them
- Expensive
- Able to streamline pipeline review but allowing data from multiple sources instead of having to go to each program individually.
