Overall Satisfaction with Airtable

Airtable is being used to keep track of all of our deliverables that we need to complete for clients. It helps us store client information as well as what we need to do for them. The whole organization uses it, but it is especially important for our client services and operations team to make sure there is a smooth transition and communication between these two teams.

The only similar thing that I have used is Google Sheets, and Airtable is much better than this as it provides way more abilities and creation of automation.

Well suited for storing information. Not as useful for a CRM even though they do recommend that it can be used by this. It does lack a lot of features as a CRM.
