We use it for event management, registration, surveys, mobile app, and emarketing and publications for our company.
- Registration is very easy with the drag and drop features in flex
- New Surveys are so much easier than the older version. Drap and drop features here as well.
- Socail tables, now diagramming and seating is seamless
- Commiunity information should be available under the new look/experience of Cvent.
- The administration courses should be broken down to simplify learning.
- QR codes should be implemented in the new surveys.

250 - There are 26 people within our district that utilize Cvent event managment. Every district has multiple users as well. throughout the organization I would say anywhere from 75-100 people utilize Cvent event managment for events, and simple surveys with events.
2 - One is the system administrator, and the other is certified the same path. We have a learning path that in order to be a effective administrator, you must be certified in all the products utilized. Being certified gives the administrator a vast knowledge on how to handle the product not just give access to products.
