Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Salesforce Commerce Cloud was utilized to collect, nurture, and close sales in our company for sponsorships. We gave it a test run and honestly it worked pretty well. Our company is not huge, less than 20 employees, so we didn't find that the tool was beneficial financially. It worked smoothly but, I think we would have preferred to have something simpler.
- Contact tracking: Managing emails, phone calls, and setting reminders was great!
- Client Data storage: Great way to have a source of tracking our potential clients' contact info and notes.
- Ease: Point and click, type info, and click save. It was just that simple.
- Responsiveness: Need to do something to make this platform faster.
- Simplify: Could we perhaps see something that's slimmed down?
- Not sure there's a need for tracking so many things. Name, email, phone, notes. That should be it.
- Increase of productivity
- Speed of entry for customer contacts
- Management of contact information
