We use Gusto across our entire organization. Gusto enables us to easily run payroll across multiple LLC subsidiaries of ours.

Online interface is easy to use and understand
Allows for importing of data from our time clock software
Automatically files new hire reports with each state
Helps keep us compliant and on time with all of our filings - automatically!

Providing more levels of approval or control prior to processing
Including esign of employee documents in the more basic packages

Easy employee onboarding and offboarding
Simple interface for both the company and employees

Relative to other solutions, we believe Gusto provides the best "bang for the buck".

Gusto is great for nearly all companies. It makes payroll a very easy process, provides great automation, and makes it super easy for employees to get their paystubs electronically and update their information (W-4, etc) on their own.

I would say that organizations looking for more in-depth reporting might benefit for a more enterprise geared solution. We run more in-depth reports through our time clock software since that allows us to pool subsidiary entities whereas Gusto keeps them separately siloed.
