Greenhouse is primarily being used at our organization for hiring new talent. This is being used extensively by the entire organization to make the hiring process structured and avoid unconscious bias in hiring. Overall Greenhouse provides an interview kit for the interviewer which has everything required to conduct an effective interview at one single place like Job Description, Case study or questions to be asked, candidate's CV and finally feedback and scorecard.
It also helps to make sure that candidates are hired on merit and one interviewer is not influenced by the feedback of other interviewers.

- Helps make the interviews organized through the interview kits.
- Removes any bias from the process as feedback of one interviewer is not visible to others
- Supports integrations with tools like Zoom to make the entire process seamless which is essential in the new post COVID era
- No option to set reminder for the interviewer to give feedback in the defined timeframe.
- Doesn't support all the video calling platforms like Hangouts
- User interface seems to be archaic and needs to be updated
- With all the information about the candidate and the role present in one single kit, it keeps the interviews more informed and relevant
- Helps remove bias if any from the entire process as one interviewer feedback is completely hidden from the other interviewer.
- Improves candidate experience as well since there are less reschedules due to constant reminders by Greenhouse to interviewers.
