Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds SQL Sentry
Sentry one is used to profile anomalies in the SQL Server like blockings, deadlocks and high CPU usage.

Detailed presentation of problems with details and graphs. This was lacking in the profiler. SQL Server has its canned reports, but not as useful as Sentry One. More variety of problem detection. For all Servers at one place. All affected servers in red are shown a one stop shop to see all affected servers.
