Overall Satisfaction with Birdeye
We use it to better assist in gathering patient reviews and surveys. we use it across our whole organization. It is the most efficient software platform we have found in that space to get the job done. We used others and it was not nearly as successful or intuitive. We have had amazing results thus far.
- Easy for the customer to use, which gets the results.
- Great platform for managing on the user side, easy to learn.
- We had a great experience with onboarding and getting it integrated with all of our current software.
- The cost is high.
- Some extra control over who receives the feedback and reviews would be nice. I want to be ultra-selective if I need to be.
- I don't like being in a contract for services.
