Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
We use QuickBooks Enterprise as our customer database along with all of our accounting needs. We utilize QuickBooks for quotes, invoicing, and inventory control. We also use QuickBooks as our sales monitor where we run reports on a weekly basis for the purpose of tracking, communicating, and documenting any customer correspondence.

We have grown in the ways of product offerings. QuickBooks provides the means to add, develop and change our product line very easily.
We migrated from SAP Business One. Once we were able to migrate our product line and customer database, it went well. Unfortunately, the customer database did not retain past orders but we managed.
QuickBooks is definitely more user-friendly.
