Overall Satisfaction with Google Forms

[We use Google Forms] across the whole organization. We use it for internal surveys & as request forms.

I use both SurveyMonkey and Google Forms. Google Forms are nice for quick and simple everyday information collecting. SurveyMonkey is used for a more robust detailed information collecting where I can dive into analytics/results in a more detailed manner.

Easy to use for admins, as well as user experience for employees.
There isn't much support for this platform but it is good when you do ask for support. It's pretty user friendly so I don't need support that often which is great.
It is a great tool for internal surveys and questionnaires. It is not suited for a robust survey as the results functionality isn't very advanced.

Using Google Forms

200 - My company uses Google Forms mainly for internal process control, request forms and surveys.
Zero skills needed, it is a very straight forward easy to use tool. It is simple and not complex.

  • Continued requests as the company scales (IT, Promotions, New Hires, equipment, etc..)
It's a great easy to use tool for the organization and easily organized within Gsuite.
