Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp for our daily project management and it is a key reporting tool across our whole company. It helps us plan work for clients and internal initiatives. We are also using it to gain insight into team capacity through the host of time estimating, tracking, and scheduling functions.

ClickUp is certainly more business focused. We've had to introduce very few extras/third-party tools. Business information is easily and readily accessible with native dashboards and reporting. It does help to keep things simple having all these options in one common business/project tool. The other tools I've used always felt like they solved more targeted problems and would require extra pieces to make it work for us.
