SAP Commerce Cloud is primarily used to receive, pay, and keep track of invoices on a day to day basis by our financial operations team within our greater nonprofit organization and political networks. It is used to help catalogue and archive the work we do for our partners and other external stakeholders.
- Easy to use interface and record keeping for past and present invoices.
- Clear, intuitive, and itemized design makes it easy to facilitate back-to-back sales receipts.
- Accessible to even the most tech-illiterate of people.
- Could do a better job of training design.
- Giving updates of new features such as payment portal.
- Make it easier to add and remove approvers for next steps.
- Our funders use SAP Commerce Cloud and are happy with the experience.
- SAP Commerce Cloud allows me not to worry about the little things.
- It gets the job and work done on time.
Our executive funders and high-dollar donors use this platform and as a consequence, our company has adopted the system with no complaints. We appreciate it, but sometimes it is slow to respond to internal/external changes or organizational-wide updates. The customer service is also satisfactory, so it could be a little bit better.
