Overall Satisfaction with Canto

Our Communications team uses Canto to store and organize our photos for different campaigns. We share photos across our organization and with folks outside our organization regularly. Canto helps us to quickly find photos using the search function, allows us to have people outside our team upload and download photos, and helps us only share what we need to.

Canto allows us to more easily find things without digging through folders. It also helps us share photos quicker and easier. We don't have to share a whole folder or worry about folder permissions, we can share just what we need to with a link.

Canto is well suited for situations where I need to collect photos from several people outside my organization - I can create an upload link. It's also well suited for sharing a collection of photos with people outside my team or outside my organization. It's less appropriate when I need to collaborate with a large group outside my organization in a way that folks need to share photos (upload) and download photos from the same space.
