Overall Satisfaction with Wix
Wix is being used for my nonprofit organization to manage our website. It allows us to have an attractive, up-to-date website that can be contributed to by a variety of individuals from across our organization. It allows us to communicate with our audience in a consistent and repeatable manner.
- Easy drag and drop.
- User permissions.
- Easy to make fast updates.
- Form collection could be better for collecting emails.
- Be able to have multiple owners of a given site (can only have one right now).
- Sometimes the mobile responsiveness looks a bit off.
- More traffic each month
- More attendance at events
- Greater communication with audience
We thought that the features in Wix were easier to use and were more suited to a less technical audience. As our organization has a lot of non-intern-native age individuals, we needed something that was very intuitive. Squarespace seemed like more work to manage and overall less easy to get up and running on fast.
