Overall Satisfaction with Atlassian Confluence
Atlassian confluence is used in whole organisation across various departments and at all levels.
It is used in sharing documentation ,sops, dashboards,excel sheet etc with concerned teams or person.
Atlassian confluence solves the main problem of storing and accessing the documents from single source instead of creating copies to store as archives.
If some changes are there in any documents we use to create multiple copies to store everywhere. But after using confluence it is uploaded in single link and everyone can reach out to it. Thus saving time

- Easily connects with other atlassian software like jira. So one can raise ticket in jira and provide data in confluence
- Permission manage is good feature to hide or show files.
- Feed feature is good to keep up to date
- Search engine is not so great. Sometimes nothing appears in search.
- Preview of sheets lags. Can be improved
- Cam be difficult to understand and use at starting
- Most basic feature of documents sharing is most important.
- Scope of visibility is next important
- Size of documents that can be shared
- Previously various different ways were used to send documents like over mail or common path. But with this only share on confluence thus time saving 60-70%
- No requirement of extra man power to maintain all previous method of sharing documents. Thus saving cost upto 50%
- If any error occur one can easily find documents in that single page thus troubleshooting is easy
- Google Drive and Dropbox
Atlassian Confluence is better than all Google Drive, Dropbox as we can just store files in them without specific versioning, but with Atlassian Confluence file is stored in versions.
It is easily integrated with other softwares like Jira so one can keep track on all the previous and future changes and deployments.
