Overall Satisfaction with WooCommerce

I use it for my own website and I use it for clients. It's a great free alternative to Shopify and works well with WordPress.
  • Free and easy to install.
  • Works with WordPress nicely.
  • Very customisable.
  • Difficult to use and manage.
  • Old outdated looking dashboard.
  • Boosts sales.
  • Reduced cost.
WooCommerce is a good free version that's very customisable, but is not a smooth or polished platform. If you look at both dashboards between Shopify and WooCommerce you can see the difference is huge.

WooCommerce seems to be built for websites that aren't focused entirely on eCommerce, because of this Shopify is the best option albeit much more expensive to manage and customise.

Do you think WooCommerce delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with WooCommerce's feature set?

No

Did WooCommerce live up to sales and marketing promises?

No

Did implementation of WooCommerce go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy WooCommerce again?

Yes

It's well suited if you have a WordPress website and the website is not solely focused on eCommerce.

The platform isn't as polished or user-friendly, but it's free and compatible with WordPress websites and the best option for WordPress.
