Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Maps (formerly MapAnything)

I used the layers [on Salesforce Maps (formerly MapAnything)] to plot contacts for multiple clients on the map at once, which helped my team know which contact went with which client (by color), and be able to visit more contacts in a single day. In a highly dense city, it was possible to fulfill a day's visits within a 2 mile block.
  • Layers allow for visibility
  • Check-in feature helps to monitor team activity
  • Activity feed helps for quick look at team activity
  • Lots of glitches
  • Get signed out often, which interrupts the day
  • Could be more intuitive
  • Layers
  • Check-ins
  • Activity feed
  • Increased efficiency
  • Reduced labor time
  • Improved visibility
Allows for many more contacts to be loaded into the map.
