We are using this tool for our Project Management and creating tickets in Agile based environment. We really love this tool for the easiness and helping us in calculating the story points. It also has a backlog feature that helps us to manage our tasks easily in day to day manner.

- Temporary Stage of assigning tickets or two assignees to one task instead of sub task.
- Sometimes difficult to search Task by Name.
- Reduced time of email communication.
- Quick to assign any task with detailed description.
- By adding to watcher anyone can have a look on that issue.
- Azure DevOps Services (formerly VSTS)
