Overall Satisfaction with Buffer

We are using Buffer to schedule some social media posts across Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn in advance. It's a simple tool that helps you schedule your social media posts and it delivers on its promise.

It is being used by the marketing department. Social media is not a core part of our business, but it helps us post some posts across all 3 channels at the same time, with minimal effort and no copy-pasting.

Buffer is very user-friendly, it doesn't really have a learning curve. Anyone can just hop in and in no time learn how to use it and get comfortable with its features, dashboard, analytics etc.

The dashboard is clean, with a nice design, and easy to navigate UI.

Good for new users as well
I contacted support for some questions the first month of use and they were very accommodating, friendly, easy to work with and quickly addressed my questions.

They were also fast to reply and I remember we only had max 2 email exchanges, it was very easy to get your questions/issue resolved.
For simple use scenarios, especially for SMBs, where you just want to sit down, prepare and schedule the social media posts for the month, Buffer can work really well.

Instead of posting manually every other day, every week, or whatever and copy-pasting everything between channels, Buffer does this for you.

It's also very affordable.
