Overall Satisfaction with Smartsheet
Smartsheet is used as a Project Management tool to track the implementation projects in real time. Our employees are able to stay up to date with project timelines while easily sharing the status of a project with our clients. The majority of our company are daily users of Smartsheet which saves time on project task communication.
- Collaboration between the project team and clients.
- Ease of use.
- Overall project tracking ability and customization.
- Smartsheet support is responsive and provides quick solutions to any business case issues.
- Administration of users, security settings and all documents (only on the Teams license).
- Lack of reports into user activity (might only be a Teams License issue).
- Issues connecting to legacy software through API or other methods.
- Project tracking.
- Team collaboration.
- Client visibility into project timeline.
- Productivity, resulting in time savings for Project Managers.
- Project Tracking, lets Project Managers know when a project is getting off track so they can address it before making the client unhappy.
Price and ease of collaboration was the deciding factor and since we made this decision quite awhile ago, Microsoft Project's collaboration features were not there yet, making Smartsheet the clear winner. Many of our Project Manager were comfortable working with Microsoft Project and they were able to easily make the switch to Smartsheet, with its familiar UI.
