Oracle CX Marketing is currently the one-stop shop for Marketing Automation and Database management in the Company. Integrated with other CRMs like Salesforce, we use it to manage our all Email marketing Activities and Lifecycle Marketing Automations to name the most important activities. We also use the tool to cover several territories around the globe, Making it a truly global solution.

- We managed to merge/replace the use of 2 or 3 other tools into one Tool, hence the great cost-benefit value and return on investment

The Oracle CX Marketing tool has a few advantages over our previously used solutions. One of the most impactful ones would be the easy-to-use interface - more evidently seen when developing Email Marketing (Emailers) and also when creating steps for Marketing Automation Campaigns. Besides the fact the there is one more step to take from Segment to Campaign activation (i. e. Program Creation) it is still way easier and quicker to deploy in Oracle's.
