Overall Satisfaction with PrestaShop

In our small local company, we have been using PrestaShop over the years. It is used by the whole organization in order to adjust our bookings and modify them.
  • List of the users and activities
  • Easy to use
  • Fast
  • Sometimes it doesn't allow me to modify booking.
  • Could explain "errors" which occur sometimes a bit better.
  • Mobile version [is] not really convenient.
  • Positive- fast adjustments in the booking
  • Negative- sometimes not possible to change amount of people per activity
I have tried Craftable which is quite similar to PrestaShop.

As a beginner, it took a while to adapt to the Presta shop usage. It is actually quite hard if you are using it on the phone modifying our bookings has taken a lot of time in comparison with working with the laptop so I always prefer to use the laptop in such a case. However, once anyone adapts to this program it is fine.
