Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Engagement (formerly Exponea)

We are using Bloomreach Engagement as our main CRM management tool. Bloomreach Engagement is being solely used by our marketing department.

Bloomreach Engagement has allowed us to create automated onboarding and in life email/push journeys for our customers to better help them convert and make more bookings. We also use it to store customer data to be used for reporting.

  • Quite a steep learning curve, Bloomreach Engagement courses are required.
  • The help centre can be confusing to find information and to understand processes.
  • The reporting tool can be quite confusing to master and there is room for this to be simplified.
  • Increased conversion rates significantly.
  • Improved overall revenue figures.
  • Helped retain customers.
I prefer using Bloomreach Engagement, it is a lot more sophisticated tool that allows my company to create a lot better email campaigns compared to Mailchimp. The reporting is much more robust and useable and overall it is a lot easier to use.
Bloomreach Engagement isn't very straightforward and it requires a fair amount of training and courses to get used to using it properly. There can be some areas of reporting and scenarios that don't seem completely logical.
Bloomreach customer support answers very quickly and they've always been ready to help on a difficult issue. Their knowledge of the system is vast and they're ready to help whenever.
N/A - I was not with the company at the time of bringing Bloomreach Engagement onboard however it seems to have taken a long time to get to the position we are now where we have a good set of foundation automation built and running. -However, this can be due to my own company's priorities and workloads.

Bloomreach Engagement is very well suited for creating automated email campaigns that require triggers. This has allowed us to create sophisticated onboarding and in-life journeys for our customers.
