Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach CDP (formerly Exponea)

We have implemented Bloomreach Engagement for push notifications and [its being implemented and used] across other organizations to support Servicing & Marketing notifications throughout Push, SMS, Email channels as well as web tracking feature of the application.
  • Intuitive and user friendly environment of the application
  • Design of scenarios is easy and supporting plenty of customer attributes
  • Business flexibility to create and control of notifications processing based on consents and conditions
  • Very easy to execute a scenario in production
  • Configuration complexity of the application to support new integrations
  • SFTP of files export seems to use difficult patterns
  • Security standards of authentication could be higher
  • Pixel technology for emails seems to breaking a GDPR policy
  • New communication channel in place
  • Better costs due to merging more applications into 1 complex one
Bloomreach Engagement is [a] robust tool enabling business to design and launch campaign in user friendly way and short time frame. It [supports] most of the communication channels which always helps, especially in fall back scenarios[.]
Great to see such good application where business users can drive new initiatives fast and intuitively when designing as well as IT experts can support new integrations[.]
Live chat is a new form for us to talk about open questions, issues with support team but it works well. However still a phone call would be better option in a situations when an incident happens after work hours due to our application manager can not use PC at the moment.
We were able to start in an half year with 1 use case, however it seems to be longer due to our company security restrictions. We hope further integrations will be faster and scenarios being launched as well[.]

Integration of push messages went well [with Bloomreach Engagement and it is worth having a first use case successfully launched. Other channels are ongoing. We have seen an issue with email integration where Pixel technology for getting an additional data in a response seems to be a blocker according to consents we have from customers vs GDPR rules.
