Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

I use EZTexting to reach field sales with timely information and links when they are on the road. The service helps me get information out quickly without cluttering email boxes.

  • Efficient
  • longer text fields for names (names don't always fit)
  • Email notification of messages in inbox in case I don't sign in to check
  • positive impact on distributing content like podcasts or videos
  • positive impact on clicks
It was as simple as uploading my list and sending a text. It didn't take very long at all.
The user friendly interface made it very simple and easy to use.
Whenever I needed support, customer service was extremely quick and helpful. Very responsive.
Have not used MMS
Makes it easy for people to sign up.

Well suited for internal communication where there isn't an app in place or you want to avoid using email. Great for sharing links to content that is best consumed on a phone.
