Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We use Zoho Social to manage our social channels—Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google My Business. It is used by our Social Media team. It helps to centrally monitor and manage all our social channels.

  • Direct comments from one dashboard.
  • Punching social media leads to Zoho CRM automatically.
  • I believe Zoho Social is doing amazing.
  • It can bring scheduling tools.
  • Add #tag generation functionality.
  • Finding keywords.
  • We are saving a lot of time using Zoho Social.
  • It is a relatively premium priced tool but it has its worth.
Zoho Social is more user-friendly and has other advantages of syncing leads from FB and Insta quite easily as compared to counterparts.
