SAP Crystal is an extremely important and critical tool in our business operations primarily serving sales, finance and dispatch departments where bulk of our invoicing, sales order, Purchase order and delivery challans are generated to cater to our clients as well as for internal auditing documents. All templates for each of the documents mentioned above are designed in SAP Crystal and formatted to match our compliance and governance policies. Especially since we are relying heavy on automation these documents are modified for intricate details capture by our automation bots.
There is a good power of customization for end user with the help of SAP Crystal to generate pdf, excel as well JSON format documents easily

Admin has rights to modify template structure bases on request of user and once modification is made thee changes reflect to every users export feature allowing all users to export data in similar formats. The template structure cannot be modified without admin privileges ensuring high security and integrity of document template.

Support Rating

Developer support is required in case a major change in template is required and the user cannot take informed decision until change is made and SAP developer support is reliable in case of change request.

Also their user community is a good source for clearing any issues and have a reliable community of verified users ensuring the apt solution is received in case of a problem

Generation of templated reports is the strong suit of SAP Crystal. Allows users to change formats in templates bases on requirement with minimal effort.
