Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)

We use Kofax throughout our company multiple times a day. It's super easy to use, whether just for opening a PDF or saving documents as PDFS. We have never had any issues with Kofax for any team member, so it's great to know that it's so reliable. The installation time to when it's done and ready to be used is minimal, which is another highlight - especially when we're in the process of onboarding a new employee. Nice to know there's a reliable program like Kofax out there for PDF needs.

It was very easy to use. The installation instructions were clear and simple, so it was downloaded and ready to use within minutes. It's also really easy to open any PDF, and printing is also always a breeze- never confusing.
We have always had consistency with Kofax with no issues.

We really like the ability to highlight parts of documents, like if we need initials or signatures from a client. It makes it very easy to see while only taking a few seconds. We also like the ease of printing docs, being able to zoom in and mark up documents.
Great for businesses, schools or other organizations that have a lot of documents. It's easy to save a file as a PDF if it needs to be referenced again in the future, or send it to print. We use it for our entire team and it's never given us any issues when sending documents back and forth to each other or to our clients.

Using Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)

14 - We use Kofax for all of our PDF needs, from reading sales contracts, to having clients e-sign documents to proof reading any internal memos that we need to circulate. It's easy to use for all skill levels and we haven't had any issues with Kofax!
We have a general IT support person at our corporate location, but at our branch we're all familiar enough with Kofax that we don't need any additional support because it's been reliable.

  • Highlighting where notes or signatures need to be made
  • Proofreading internal and external communications
  • We do a lot of team events like Super Bowl Squares, potluck sign ups, etc... and it's easy to edit and send along the docs needed for these using Kofax.
  • As we continue to move forward with virtual meetings, we can use Kofax for just about any client need when it comes to sending documents or needing signatures.
Everyone in our office uses it and finds it easy and convenient to use without any big issues. Considering we've got a variety of skill and comfort levels when it comes to computers, this is huge! Will definitely continue to use Kofax for all our PDF needs in the future.
