Overall Satisfaction with Gist
We currently use Gist on a WordPress site that runs on BuddyBoss, LearnDash and WP Fusion.
It is dual purpose in that we use it for customer support, but we also use it as a CRM to use with WP Fusion so that we can tag users when they purchase products and gate content based on those tags with WP Fusion.
