Planview Projectplace features tasks like Kanban boards, Gantt charts, Document Management, To-Do Lists, and much more. This software has made life easier because it thoroughly keeps a check and track on the progress of the work happening within an organization.

Pros and Cons

The first and foremost benefit of Planview Projectplace is that it is a web-based application that is easy to use and has a mobile application that works pretty good too.
Planview Projectplace is also used to view our documents in a chronological way.
I have been using this software and from my experience, I feel that this software is great for every type of resource and portfolio management.
It is also a reasonable platform.

While there are many pros of Planview Projectplace, there are certain cons to consider as well. Firstly, updating cards on this particular software takes a lot of time. Also, I personally think that reports and dashboards can be made much better and improvised for the end audience.
Moreover, its video conferencing tool is also a bit unstable and poor as compared to other features that are being offered by Planview Projectplace.
Additionally, Planview Projectplace has many chances to stimulate their existing tools so that organizations can get help in automating their processes.

I would say its support is completely useful because they provide a solution for every single issue in less time. I highly appreciate its support. The software has been developed in a way that it has capabilities and desired tools which are specifically used to address problems that come across a project planning, delivery, and even execution.

Usability

Projectplace is an outstanding and user-friendly platform. It clearly shows all the tasks the business has to perform and which of the tasks are overlapping in a lucid way. The software is great when it comes to resource planning as well. One other thing I like about the software is that it allows larger objectives to be divided into smaller tasks which can be assigned to individual tasks and team members, this leads to getting one big task in a smooth way.

Alternatives Considered

GanttPRO

Planview is providing better services than GanttPRO. The user feedback to improve Planview Projectplace and constantly do monthly updates is a strong benefit of the software that I felt. I also found the software more effective and efficient when it comes to the planning of tasks and schedules. Other than that, the schedule overview is quite helpful and user-friendly.

In conclusion, I would like to share my verdict. So in my opinion, Planview Projectplace is a great tool for organizations to opt for. It is better and well suited for a large project team and enterprise business in project management. It is great to keep track on your tasks and progress and for that Planview Projectplace is the best option out there.
