Overall Satisfaction with UserTesting

We have a design team of 9 designers [and] each of us use UserTesting. We use the tool to test our designs and current product. Our team works with product managers and developers to create our tests, select our audience, and share our results.

The premier support feature for UserTesting is awesome. We get very fast responses and every representative I've worked with has been very kind and helpful. I have also done some of the 1:1 meetings to review my test scripts and that was helpful as well. Highly recommend!
UserTesting's usability is okay. It is easy to create a test, set your panel requirements, and add your test script. It is confusing that sometimes my tests will not go into the 'general' folder that I mean it to. Without changing anything the tests will often go to other folders, which makes them very hard to find. I also was watching a recording yesterday where the tester couldn't get his instructions to stay open in the upper right corner so it was hard for him to complete the test well.
My favorite aspect of UserTesting is the panel that we have access to. It is so nice to get a very specific audience to complete the tests that I need. It is also nice that you can schedule interviews with your own participants and then create a highlight reel within UserTesting.
I haven't used any other products like UserTesting. Before we used this tool we just manually did our usability testing.

UserTesting is great for getting fast responses to small, iterative tests. It is very nice to filter UserTesting's panel down to exactly the audience you are looking for. It is also nice that you don't have to find your own testers. The subscription model is very confusing and expensive to add team members.
